Manunya was graduated from Thammasat University’s Faculty of Law in 1991.

In 1992, she joined Pornpannin & Associates Co., Ltd. in 1992, and she worked with Sridhana Finance Co., Ltd. and Thanachat Finance Pcl. as a lawyer from 1993-1999. In 1999, she joined Allen & Overy, and was with them until 2014.

Manunya specializes in corporate and commercial and capital market practices. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, and securities and exchange law. She has extensive experience in dealing with public companies, and has advised various Thai companies in connection with their listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. She was also on the team that carried out legal due diligence on a major telecom merger and acquisition transaction.
