Nirut was graduated from Thammasat University’s Faculty of Law in 1986 and obtained a master’s degree in law from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio (USA) in 1994. He then returned to Thailand after completing his internship at the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease in Cleveland.

Prior to co-founding the Firm, he spent twelve years of practice at one of the premier international law firms; therefore, he has been involved in many personal and business transactions, as well as litigation in various areas of law, which include: corporate and commercial, criminal law, labor and employment, family and inheritance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, environmental and tort, which strengthens his ability to provide strategic advice to his clients.

Nirut also supervises the Firm’s legal work in the areas of immigration and work permits. The Firm now assists nearly a hundred expatriates in this area of law, and the expatriate consultative services team is one of the most experienced in Thailand.
