Isorn was graduated from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Law in 1988. He then obtained a master’s degree in international business legal studies from Exeter University, England.

Prior to joining the Firm, he was a senior associate of several top international law firms in Bangkok and Senior Vice President of Legal at Evolution Capital Public Company Limited.  

Isorn has extensive experience in advising on general corporate, construction/real estate and labor law. He has also actively been involved in commercial contracts, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations and labor disputes. He has led a number of due diligence exercises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He has represented a number of Thai and foreign companies in most areas of law.
