Chitipat was graduated from Thammasat University’s Faculty of Law in 1986 and became a barrister-at-law in that year as well. He has extensive experience in litigation from practicing in well-respected local and international law firms for nearly thirty years.

He represents clients in commercial and criminal litigation and has expertise in corporate and commercial law, including tort and insolvency matters, banking, insurance, tax, construction, business disagreements involving breaches of contract, directors’ duties and minority shareholders’ rights and real estate litigation.  

Chitipat advises clients on employment and labor law, including labor litigation and acting for employers and employees in respect of contentious and non-contentious employment-related issues.  

He also handles family litigation, including marriage, divorce, adoption, and wills and inheritances, while his areas of criminal litigation include offenses relating to defamation of character, cheating and fraud, misappropriation and sexual abuse.
