Bancha was graduated from Thammasat University’s Faculty of Law in 1990 and earned a master’s degree in international business law from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio (USA) in 1996. He then returned to Thailand after completing his internship in the legal department of Forest City Enterprises Inc. in Cleveland.

In 1996, he joined MPS & Associates, a Bangkok-based law firm, which later merged with Allen & Overy in 1998, and he was with them until 2005.

Bancha has been involved in a number of significant transactions in Thailand, with expertise in corporate and securities law, and has also advised a number of clients in private and public companies on these practice areas: general corporate and commercial, joint ventures, incorporation, commercial contracts, debt restructuring, the listing of securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the offering of securities by foreign companies to employees of subsidiaries and affiliates in Thailand. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and property acquisitions.
